Mera's journey has gone from working with computers and people as a technical support analyst, to assisting teens and children in schools and counseling work.  She has spent many hours helping parents of children with special needs or who are in crisis, and as a parent and graduate student in psychological counseling has many perspectives on the needs of women who are going through transitions as parents, radically career and life paths, and changes in family structure.   

Mera is certified in Prepare/Enrich couples counseling assessments, and is completing the Adlerian Coaching Certificate and a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology at Adler Graduate School. 

In addition to life coaching, Mera's hobbies include organic gardening, raising chickens, Transition Towns, book club member and avid reader, movies, crochet, and camping.  She can be contacted at [email protected]
